The Niner national house, full of elegance and the spirit of the 1930's, is oriented to both the local and international guests. Thus, the staff speaks two or more languages. Since it is located in a natural environment, a playground was constructed for the youngest guests, so not only the parents are expected to take their children there, but also vice versa.

In one of the best known excursion places of Belgrade, the Košutnjak Park Forest, the Catering Company Višnjica opened the new / 'old' restaurant - the famous Niner. In an abandoned railway station of the pioneer railroad near the Pioneer Town, in the 1960's, it was founded by Mr. Arsenije - Aca Romanić, the legend of Belgrade's catering. The restaurant got its name by the founder and his first catering facility at the beginning station of the tramway No. 9. The 'Aca Niner' becomes a brand and the symbol of a good national cuisine. The present owner, the Catering Company Višnjica, reconstructs the 'Niner' by all worldwide restaurant standards, in the old town style, forming a four star restaurant complex 'The Niner'. Fitting into its natural environment, the Niner is completely made of stone and wood. As pointed out in the Višnjica Shareholding Company, keeping the old traditional look of the facility, the company owner, Mr. Đorđije Nicović, showed the old local inn spirit may be preserved, in spite of the restaurant reconstruction.
